This qualification raises awareness of food safety issues and provides employees with an induction to food hygiene, prior to undertaking the Level 2 Award in Food Safety.

CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering.

This was formerly known as the ‘Basic’ and ‘Foundation Food Hygiene Certificate’.  
All staff and volunteers working with food must be suitably trained in food hygiene.

CIEH Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace.

This course provides candidates with information on basic health and safety requirements in the workplace.

CIEH Level 2 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace.
A qualification that provides more health and safety information than the level 1 course.  It is designed to give staff a better understanding of health and safety to ensure they are able to protect themselves and others whilst at work.

CIEH Level 2 Award in Health and Safety in Health and Social Care.

This qualification covers health and safety in a health and social care setting.
