Serena Clivery, a qualified Environmental Health Officer, is owner of the company and has over 22 years experience in training. Serena has been running A&A Training and consultancy for over 17 years, specialists in food hygiene training and health and safety training courses.
We also offer a full consultancy service for all your food hygiene and health and safety needs. All our trainers are Environmental Health professionals, still working in the field, therefore always up to date with current legislation. We will travel to your business and conduct the training courses at a time to suit you, including evenings and weekends. We are registered with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health to carry out a full range of food hygiene courses and health and safety courses. However, we can provide in house courses that are tailored to your business, these are lower in cost. |
